Introduction ✎ᝰ

Well! Where to start? Should I go with my name...nah… that's too bland; let me try something new. Okay, so here it goes: if you are looking for someone who is super outgoing and loves big crowds, you are definitely in the wrong place. Imagine a Himalayan hermit, but instead of meditating in a cave, he's binge-watching anime, reading web novels and arguing with anime characters in his head. That's me. I am an introvert so deep that in a room full of introverts, I'd still manage to out-introvert them all.

My hobbies include reading manga (obviously), pretending I am a nature photographer while my flower pictures look like they were taken by a potato, and recently, transforming into a feline paparazzo. Oh... I must not forget the name; it's Jigme Pelzang (wish I had three names), and I am from Haa! Yes, Haa, the place where people speak the not-so-understandable version of Dzongkha (Khucha, gun bew mo). My social skills... well, let's just say they are still loading.

Speaking of social interactions, my comfort zone is roughly the size of a postage stamp, and crowded places are my personal version of hell. Especially if there are women around. My conversational skills around them? Think of a Nokia phone trying to stream 4K video. It's...not pretty. (I don't know how I'll be able to teach my students in the future, but I believe everything will work out somehow, hopefully.)

It takes me approximately a geological epoch to get comfortable with anyone and twice that time if you happen to be a woman. But hey, I'm working on it! Maybe. Or maybe I'll just adopt some cats and take their pictures.

On the bright side, I adore my parents and sister, who are basically superheroes in disguise. My strict (but secretly kind & beautiful) grandmother shaped me into the magnificently awkward human I am today. And to keep my sanity (and maybe my physique), I hit the gym regularly, because, let's face it, if I can't talk to people, at least I can lift heavy things.

So, welcome to my blog, where the silence will only be occasionally broken by posts related to EDT assignments. I mean that is what this blog is for (at least for me); ICT IN TEACHING AND LEARNING (I may post about other things if I am in the mood, but that does not happen often; once in a millennium, I guess).

Thank you...(Don't forget to drink water and stay hydrated). Hope to become a less awkward and embarrassing person ✌︎︎𓇢𓆸.
